Mrs. Johnston Elliott, who has been living with her daughter, Mrs. M.E. Parkhurst, dropped dead very suddenly while in apparent good health this morning. Her husband, Judge Elliott, died something over a year ago, aged 84 years, and Mrs. Elliott was 79. Rheumatism of the heart is thought to have been the cause of Mrs. Elliott's death. She leaves a large family of children, among whom are some of Marion's best people. The funeral services will probably occur Sunday.
