Marion News:
All who know little Freddie Boyle's bright, honest face and cordial manner to everybody will be pained to hear of his very severe sickness with cholera infantum.

The Marion Sentinel Thursday August 20, 1891
The many friends of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Boyle[sic] will be pained to learn of the death of their little son, Fred, at an early hour this morning. Death was the result of cholera infantum.
