Leo C. Zak, 82, of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, March 21, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, following a sudden illness.
Services were held on Wednesday, March 25, at Murdoch Funeral Home in Marion. Rev. Del Bear officiated. Burial followed in Oak Hill Cemetery, Tama. There was no graveside committal services.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and an infant brother.
Leo was born the son of Anthony and Anna Blazek Zak on June 30, 1915, in Tama. He married Marionetta Elliott. She died in 1973. Leo retired in 1974 after 30 years as a route salesman for Sanitary Dairies.
A memorial fund has been established in Leo's name. Services under the direction of Murdoch Funeral Homes.
