Death of Jonathan Achey.
Jonathan Achey was born in Schuylkill county, Penn., May 26, 1843, and passed away at Marion, April 29, 1921, at the age of 78. March 21, 1867 he married Mrs. Elizabeth Trester. He is survived by his wife and four children, Wm. Achey of Marion, James Elmer of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Charles Wyant of Wall, S.D., and Mrs. Ed Jacobi of Ludlow, S.D.; also three sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Nost of Mechanicsville, Mrs. Beuche of Des Moines, Mrs. Lehman of Springfield, Mo., and also eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. All the children attended the funeral except the one daughter in Ludlow who was not able to come.
