DOROTHEA SCHULTZ.
Funeral services of Mrs. Dorothea Schultz were held at the R.N. Fitzgerald home Sunday at 2:30 p.m., and at the Shiloh church at 3:30. Interment in Shiloh cemetery.
Dorothea Kulper was born in 1832 in Germany and came to the United States in 1859, settling in Pennsylvania. She was married to Charles Schultz in 1860 and they came to Iowa in 1867, locating on a farm in Linn county. Mr. Schultz died in the year 1897, but Mrs. Schultz did not pass away until May 23, 1918, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. R.N. Fitgzerald, where she had lived since the death of her husband. She is survived by two other children, Chas. J. of Somers, Mont., and Mrs. J.M. Mentzer of near Marion.
