HIGH SCHOOL BOY IS VICTIM OF DIPTHERIA
Alfred Zvacek, 16 years old, a sophmore in the Cedar Rapids high school, died at 11 p.m. Thursday, at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Zvacek, 333 Second avenue west. The boy had been ill four weeks of diptheria. In addition to his parents he is survived by two brothers and two sisters. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon and were private. Burial was made in the Bohemia National cemetery.
