FRED D. LAWRENCE DIES, AGE SIXTEEN
Fred D. Lawrence, the 16 year old son of Mrs. Bessie Lawrence, 639 Eighteenth avenue west, died Friday at 3:30 p.m. at the family home. the boy had been ill three week of grip and pneumonia. He was a student at the Madison school. Fred D. Lawrence was born in Cedar Rapids and had spent his entire life here. Surviving relatives include his mother, one brother, Ernest and one sister, Mary Alice.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m, in the Olivet Presbyterian church, the Rev. E. Winslow Brown officiating. Burial will be made in Oak Hill.
