Ann Sommer, 69, of 113 First avenue SW, died Saturday after a lingering illness.
Born Nov. 17, 1904, in Iowa City, she spent most of her life in Cedar Rapids. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic church and a former employe of May's Drug Co.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Harvy Hellmer, Edmonds, Wash.; a son, Ronald Landis, Marion; a stepsister, Sister Clare Hartman, Hayes, Mont., and four grandchildren.
Services: Pending at Teahen funeral home.
