Marion news: Boy Dumont, son of Mrs. Chas Dumont died last night. He with the family moved to Cedar Rapids last week, and on account of suffering with lung trouble he made a trip through the west but without avail and night before last was brought to the home of his aunt, Mrs. Dawson, in this city, where he passed away at midnight last night beside his mother, he leaves two sisters, one of whom is a teacher in the Marion schools, the other, Mrs. Walter Kelly, residing in Dubuque. Funeral announcements will be made later.
