Services Monday for Mrs. Horace E. Reiter
Services for Rosa Reiter, formerly of 982 Fourteenth street, Marion, who died Friday morning in a hospital at Marshalltown, will be conducted Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Marion Christian church by the Rev. Roy P. Fields, jr. Burial will be in Oak Shade cemetery.
Mrs. Reiter was born in Tama county Aug. 29, 1873. She was married to Horace E. Reiter, for many years a Marion grocer, at Marshalltown Feb. 13, 1895. She had resided in Marion following her marriage until about a year ago when she went to Marshalltown to reside with a niece, Mrs. E. Byron Berry. Mr. Reiter died at Marion April 26, 1930. She was a member of the Marion Christian church and the Marion Nature and Garden club.
Surviving are a brother, Vincent Kruble of Toledo and two sisters, Mray Dolazal of Tama and Josephine Flower of Van Nuys, Calif. Friends may call at the Murdoch chapel after 7 this evening.
