John Schuette To Be Buried

Funeral services are to be held at the Yocom Funeral chapel here at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon for John Gearhart Schuette, who died in Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 31, after a lingering illness. Services will be in charge of Rev. P.L. Bronhoeft, of the Cedar Rapids Lutheran church, and interment will be in Oak Shade cemetery.
Mr. Schuette was born in Cedarburg, Wis., and at the time of his death was 81 years, ten months and sixteen days old. For five and one-half years he made his home in Marion with his daughter, Mrs. William Gipp, prioro to two years ago when he moved to Columbus.
Mr. Schuette is survived by his widow and four children, Mrs. Fred Gipp of Decorah; Mrs. William Gipp of Marion; Mrs. J.A. Gibson of Harlowtown, Mont., and John Schuette, of Columbus, Ohio, besides a number of more distant relatives and a host of friends who mourn his death.
