W.J. Coonrod Dies, Services Are Monday

Toddville - Warren J. Coonrod, 91, a retired steam engineer and machinist, and a Linn county resident 85 years, died Friday night in a Cedar Rapids hospital.
Born July 13, 1884, in Morrison, Ill., he was a former member of the board of the Midwest Old Settlers and Threshers Assn.
Surviving are two sons, Vigil E. Coonrod, Cedar Rapids, and Ivan D. Coonrod, Toddville; seven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grand-child.
Services: Monday at 1:30, Murdoch's in Center Point. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion. Friends may call at Murdoch's after 2 p.m. today.
