Lewis Theodore Freese, farmer and blacksmith of this community died early Monday at a Cedar Rapids hospital following a long illness. Mr. Freese was born March 14, 1891 at Malcolm, and on March 16, 1915 he married Ada Radabush of Brooklyn. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Ozella and Beulah, three sons, Elwood, Harold and Milan, four sisters, five brothers and four grandchildren. The Rev. Charles Bridges of Cedar Rapids conducted the services at Turner chapel at 2 p.m. Thursday and burial was in Shiloh cemetery at Louisa.
