Mrs. Charles Liddle died last night at about half past ten at St. Luke's hospital where she was operated upon about a week ago. Although the operation was a dangerous one, she was thought to be getting along as well as could be expected and her death is a great shock to the family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Engineer Charles Liddle of the Milwaukee road, three daughters, Mrs. Harry Conger of Mobridge, S.D.; Mrs. L. Burrows and Miss Hazel Liddle of this city, and two sons, Fred and Harry, both of Marion. The funeral arangements have not been mad [sic] yet but will be announced later. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Conger had just returned to their home in Mobridge, Monday, as Mrs. Liddle's condition seemed so favorable.
