Olive I. Mundy, 74, of 160 Twenty-first street, a lifelong Linn county resident, died Thursday in a Cedar Rapids hospital.
Born Feb. 8, 1890, in Marion, she was married to Guy P. Mundy Feb. 8, 1909, in Marion. Mr. Mundy died Oct. 18, 1948. Mrs. Mundy was a member of the Marion Free Methodist church, past matron of the Central City Rebekah lodge and an honorary member of the G.A.R. auxiliary.
Survivors are a son, Guy M. Mundy of Solon; two daughters, Mrs. Ulys Cole of Toddville and Mrs. L.C. Howe of Central City; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Services: Monday at 2 p.m. at Murdoch chapel by the Rev. Harold T. Rasche. Burial: Oak Shade. Friends may call at the chapel Saturday after 6 p.m.
