Mrs. John Lewis, 60, who resided at Cedar Rapids and Marion until her marriage, died at Des Moines Saturday. Edna Johnson Lewis had lived at Newark, N.J., 20 years, coming to Des Moines three weeks ago. She was born at Marion Jan. 29, 1895.
Surviving, besides her husband, is a sister, Mrs. Dave Kubitschke of Des Moines.
Services will be conducted at the Rohn funeral home at 2 p.m. Wednesday by Dr. Elton D. Wells.
Burial will be in Oak Shade cemetery at Marion. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday.
