Mrs. Edward Bernstorf Formerly Of Stanwood, Summoned Monday

Ella C. Bernstorf of 1138 First Avenue NW Cedar Rapids, wife of Edward F. Bernstorf, died at her home at 2 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17, after a brief illness. She was born April 20, 1885, at Keystone. She had resided in Cedar Rapids for the past ten and one-half years and was a member of the Trinity Lutheran church and its organizations.

The Bernstorfs were married at Keystone on Dec. 27, 1905. Surviving besides her husband, are two daughters, Mrs. Elwin Barth of Chelsea, Mich., and Mrs. Leslie Grigg of Cedar Rapids; a son Wilfred of Cedar Rapids, and three granddaughters and one grandson.

Services were conducted in the Trinity Lutheran church at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, by E. A. Widmann, pastor. Burial in the Cedar Memorial cemetery.
