Mrs. H. E. Jacquin Answered Call
Yesterday Afternoon - Was
Sixty-five Years Old.

Mrs. H. E. Jacquin died at her home in the Des Moines valley below Mound cemetery, yesterday afternoon shortly after 4:00 o'clock. She had been in failing health for a long time and death was the result of a complication of diseases.

Mrs. Jacquin was sixty-five years of age and she was born in Ohio in the year 1851. She had lived in the vicinity of Keokuk for many years.

Her husband, Eli Jacquin, survives, who, with one daughter, Mrs. J. B. Williams, are residents in the vicinity of Keokuk. One sister, Mrs. Rigney, is a Keokuk resident. The funeral will be held on Saturday afternoon, with burial in Mound cemetery.
