MRS. JUNE NELSON

Mrs. June Nelson, 65, died 11 a.m. Thursday, March 17, in the Sacred Heart hospital, Ft. Madison, after an illness of two weeks.

Services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 21, in Barr Memorial chapel in Ft. Madison with burial in Evergreen cemetery in Fairfield. Rev. William Pfautz officiated.

She was born Oct. 16, 1894, in Van Buren county, the daughter of the late George Newton and Lydia Donald Jameson. She had lived over 40 years in Ft. Madison where she was a saleslady for The Parisian Women's shop.

Surviving are two brothers, Donald Jameson, Stockport, and Edward Jameson, Burlington; seven sisters, Mrs. Lawrence (Stella) Roth, Mrs. Roy (Maude) Allen and Mrs. Fred (Kathryn) Work, all of Fairfield, Mrs. Lloyd (Fern) Woodrow, Birmingham, Mrs. Harold (Gertrude) Woodrow, St. Louis, Mo., Mrs. Ruth Tyler, Burbank, Calif., and Chloe Jameson, Stockport; and several nieces and nephews.
