The funeral services of William Hughes(could be Homes or Huenes) were conducted by Rev Father O’Reilly at St. Peter’s church Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock in the presence of a large concourse of people. The pallbearers were Lewis McDowell, John and Charles Dunn, John P Griffin, John Kelly, and Andrew Whalen.
