Mrs. W.E. Kellogg died at 3 O'clock this afternoon at the residence of her brother, C.P. Birge, after a stroke of paralysis a week ago. While not unexpected the news will be full of regret to many who knew and loved her during her long residence in Keokuk. Her husband died two years ago, and she leaves no children except an adopted son.
