Jewish Wedding-On Sunday last we had the pleasure of witnessing the interesting ceremony of a Jewish wedding , at the residence of the well-known clothing merchant , Stern, on 5th Street, his eldest daughter, Henrietta Stern, being united in the bonds of matrimony to Mr. Max Klein of Keokuk, a gentlemen well-known in the business circles of that city . The ceremony was performed by the Rabbi H. J. Messing and was in every respect conducted after the established forms and usages of the Jewish Church, but did not differ materially from any other species of weddings. The event was witnessed by a large number of friends of the bride and groom and many invited guests. Refreshments of the most elegant character were provided in abundance, and the invitation was extended to all to eat, drink and be merry. With the rest we trust we may be permitted to extend our congratulations to the happy couple and hope that every hour of their wedding life may be as brimful of happiness as their wedding day.
