A divorce suit has been filed in the District Court by Walter T. Potts against Pearl Potts. The plaintiff claims in the petition and he and the defendant were married in Kansas City in 1907 and that shortly after the marriage, his wife deserted him without any reasonable cause. He asks for an absolute divorce from his wife on the above grounds of desertion.
