burial and date: Nov.3 Oakland Cemetery, Name of Undertaker: J.T. Perkins (Keokuk), name of physician returning certificate: P.J.Payne (Keokuk,Iowa)

Name: Florence A. Kenniston, age 1 year, female, residence: Keokuk, white, born in Keokuk, died Nov. 22, 1885, cause Memo. Croup, buried lot # (left blank), block (left blank), Vault in Oakland, Physician Dr. P.J. Payne, Undertaker John Perkins

IMPORTANT NOTE: mentioned researcher was informed by the genealogy librarian that people in those days who died in the freezing winter were keep in a vault until the ground was soft enough to dig.
