Know all men by these presents that we Eliza A. Baugh, W. H. Stafford and Mary E Stafford his wife, L. G. Baugh and Jane L Baugh his wife all of Henry County state of Iowa, John M. Frizzele and Sarah C Frizzele his wife of Scott County State of Iowa, Charles Black and Harriet J. Black his wife of Clark County Ohio, James H. Hilton and Salome A. his wife of Washington, D.C. All heirs at law to the estate of Louis K. Baugh deceased. Do hereby convey to Joseph Ash
of Lee County state of Iowa, for the consideration of twenty four hundred and forty dollars the following described real estate

To Wit Fifty acres off the north side of the east half of the north east quarter of section Thirty Three (33) in Township Sixty Nine (69)
North of range five (5) west together with a roadway eighteen feet wide on the east side of John Mehl running south and north along the section line between the George
Stephenson land and said Melhs land the length of Melhls 50 Acres. Also eleven acres off the east end on a parallel line of the South half of lot number five (5) in section sixteen (16) township sixty eight (68) range five (5) west containing in all sixty one acres more of less. Said land
is situated in Lee County State of Iowa. And we warrant the title of the same against the lawful claims of all person whosoever.

In witness whereof we have herewith set our hands this the 29th day of January 1866.
