Married Mis Annie Hufford, of Nauvoo, Ill., in 1874s; they have two children— Emma and Lucy ; Mr. S. is a member of the I. O. O. F.; was a member of Fire Department of this city for ten years ; he has been engaged in his present business since 1869. Members Lutheran Church.
