MUELLER, JACOB, proprietor saloon; was born in Baden, Germany, Nov. 24, 1840 ; he lived there until 25 years of age, when he emigrated to America, lived in Cincinnati until he came to Fort Madison in 1867 ; he worked in a brewery for some time ; then . engaged in his present business in 1872. He married Mary Banker from Baden, Germany, April 24, 1872; they have two children—Charles F. and Henry W.
