Rakow children & Mr. Wiegand, remains reinterred 1907

Last week the bodies of two of Mr. Rakow's children were disinterred at the Township cemetery and re-interred at the church yard of the German Lutheran congregation, to be laid at rest at their mother's side according to her own wish.

Also the corpse of Mr. Wiegand who died some eight years ago was taken to the same place. The work was superintended by undertakers Chipman of Burt and Loson of Titonka. The nearest relatives, a few friends and Rev. E. Lack attended the obsequies.

~WPA records: Ottilie Rakow, w/o A.W. Rakow died in 1907. Mr. Rakow died in 1920. Mr. Wiegand is not given in the WPA record.
