June 10, 1942 - Mason City Globe Gazette - Algona — Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at the St. Joseph Catholic church for George Becker, 70, St. Joe farmer. Burial will be made in the St. Joe cemetery. The Rev. Father Theobald will officiate. Several children and step children survive, besides his wife. A seven year old daughter preceded her father in death in January this year. The McCullough funeral chapel is in charge of arrangements.
