Nov 8, 1911 - Emmetsburg Palo Alto Tribune - Mrs Andre, mother of Peter Andre who resides a short distance south and east of Mallard, died very suddenly Sunday morning. About five o'clock she complained of not feeling well. Her son gave her some medicine and went out to milk. When he returned he found her dead. The remains were taken to West Bend Monday to the home of her daughter and Tuesday the body was entered in the St. Joe cemetery in Kossuth county. Mrs. Andre was about 70 years of age. The relatives have our sincere sympathy.
