Emma Studer

ALGONA- Miss Emma Studer, 87, died Saturday morning at St. Ann Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Wesley.
Burial will take place in the parish cemetery with Hamilton Funeral Home of Algona in charge.

Miss Studer was born in Freeport, Ill., Nov. 12, 1877, the daughter of Nathan and Ottilia (Schulte) Studer. She came to Kossuth County in 1879 and to the Wesley area in 1881. She was a charter member of the C. D. of A. of Wesley and a member of the Mission Society. She taught school prior to her retirement.

Survivors include two sisters; Sister M. Bernadette of Champbellsport, Wis. and Sister M. Mira, Milwaukee, and two brothers, Ben G. Studer, Wesley and Julius Studer, Algona.
