In re: Estate of Michael Flynn, Deceased.

Now, to-wit: on this 16th day of June, 1908, the last will and testament of Michael Flynn having been admitted to probate, a true, correct and complete record of the same and of the Clerk's Cetificate of Probate attached thereto, is now ordered entered herein as follows, to-wit:

I, Michael Flynn of Seneca Twp. Kossuth County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.

My will is that all my just debts including funeral expenses be paid out of my estate so soon after my decease as shall by my executor hereinafter named be found convenient.

I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Flynn, for and during the term of her natural life the use and income of my land described as follows: The East half of the North East quarter of Section Twenty seven (27) Township Ninety Eight (98) Range Thirty (30) in Kossuth Co. Iowa.

Also I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Flynn all my household goods and furnishings, and all my personal property including monies & credits, except bequests hereinafter made to my children Michael & Ellen to have and to hold the same to her and her heirs and assigns forever.

I give devise and bequeath to my som William Flynn, from and after the decease of my wife Mary Flynn, my land in Seneca Township described as follows: The East half of the North East quarter of Section Twenty Seven (27) Twp. Ninety Eight (98) Range Thirty (30) in Kossuth County, Iowa, to have and to hold the same to him and his heirs and assigns forever.

I give devise and bequeath to my son Michael Flynn the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to have and to hold the same to him and his heirs and assigns forever.

I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Ellen Keller the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to have and to hold thesame to her and her heirs and assigns forever.

And lastly I do nominate and appoint my wife Mary Flynn to be the executor of this my last will and testament without bond.

In witness whereof I, Michael Flynn have to this, my last will and testament, consisting of one sheet of paper sunscribed my name this 26th day of March, 1908 A.D.

Signed and delivered by the said Michael Flynn as, and for, his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who, at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as wittnesses thereto.
