WILL OF POLLY WITHAM

I, Polly Witham, of Kossuth County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

Part 1. I hereby direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate, and that my personal property be first used for that purpose.

Part 2. Subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses as provided for in part 1 hereof, I hereby will, devise and bequeath to my children, David W. Hasz, Frank J. Hasz, Arthur Hasz, Jesse Hasz, Ellen M. Schultz, and Eva F. Sifert in equal parts, all of my property both real and personal of which I may die seized.

Part 3. I hereby designate and appoint my son, David W. Hasz, executor of this my last will and testament, and exempt him from giving bond, and I hereby empower and direct him, whenever he may deem it to be to the best interest of my said estate, to sell any portion of my personal property without an order of Court..

In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand this 19th day of Mar., A. D. 1905.

On this 19th day of May A. D. 1905, the foregoing instrument was in our presence signed and executed by Polly Witham, and by her declared to us to be her last will and testament, and at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other, we have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
