The Committee on Corpses reported in favor of the following application for special disinterment permit and the secretary was ordered to issue the permit accordingly:

Agnes Carviezel, 5 years, Diphtheria, 1864, from Baden cemetery, Lafayette twp., Keokuk co., to St. Elizabeth's cemetery, same twp. To be removed by private conveyance.
