From everything I am seeing you may have better results contacting the Polk County page not me at Jones County. You can go here to post your question: https://www.iagenweb.org/boards/polk/queries/index.cgi
Jones County is quite a bit east of the areas you are mentioning (Polk County, Iowa and Nodaway County, Missouri).
