Duane .... Thank you for checking with us to get a copy. The challenge is that it wasn't until 1880 that legislation was passed creating the Iowa Dept of Health and requiring all births, deaths, and marriages to be recorded at both the county and state levels. The index you reference is just that, an index, and we do not have actual copies of the records. You may want to check with the nearest FamilySearch Center to where you live. Visitors to FamilySearch Centers get special access to images of historical records that are only available in centers.
