Maiden name of Ethel A McKean

We are transcribing the Scotch Grove Cemetery.

We know that Ethel A McKean (wife of Dr.James William McKean, born 1860 died 1949 Los Angeles)died in Nemaha Co., NE, in 1886 - along with an infant daughter. Ethel was born in 1862 in Anamosa, IA.

We are assuming that James is the son of Hugh C and Elizabeth McKean.

Can anyone tell us Ethel's maiden name?
