OLIN - Mrs. Bessie Loomis Lane, 73, died Saturday evening, Aug. 3, in the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Reimers, Mt. Vernon, after a lingering illness.

Funeral service will be held at the Campbell funeral home at Olin, Tuesday, Aug. 11, at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Olin cemetery.

Surviving are her children, Mrs. William (Ruth) Reimers, Mt. Vernon; Paul E. Lane, Marion, and Morris A. Lane, Anamosa. Three granddaughters and one grandson also survive.

Her husband, George C. Lane, preceded her in death in April, 1953.
