WYOMING - Word was received in Wyoming Wednesday of the death of Fred Benischek, 64, at Albuquerque, N.M. Mr. Benischek had been suffering from a heart ailment for some time. He had been visiting his brother and sister in Wyoming three weeks ago.

Native of the community south of Wyoming, he moved to New Mexico several years ago for the benefit of his wife's health. His wife was the former Frances Dusanek, who died two years ago.

Survivors are two sons; two brothers, Dave and Sylvester Benischek, and Mrs. Emil (Nellie) Jansen, Wyoming.
