Viola Fall, 75, Olin, died suddenly July 29 at the Anamosa Community Hospital.

Funeral service was held Saturday, July 31, at St. Paul's United Methodist church in Olin, with burial in the Antioch Cemetery, Rev. Fred Richardson, pastor, conducted the services. Pallbearers were Acil, Kenneth, Gerald and Rhinehart Topping, Daryl Wherry and Roy Holzinger.

Viola, daughter of Robert and Stella Thomas Topping, was born March 11, 1907. On Dec. 16, 1926, she married Lester Fall at Olin. They spent most of their lives in the Olin Community.

Lester died in 1981. Also preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by one daughter, Everlyn, Mrs. Don Hamilton, of West Branch; one son, Laverla, Olin; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three brothers, George Topping, Wyoming; William Topping, Anamosa, and Eugene Topping, Cedar Rapids. One sister, Mrs. Edna Huggins, Monticello, also survives.

Viola was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist church, Olin, and the American Legion Auxiliary, Blayney-Miner Post 412, Olin.
