MONTICELLO - Funeral services for Clarence Franklin Wilson, 52, where held Tuesday morning at Goettsch Funeral home with Fr. John Ptacek officiating. Burial was held at St. John's cemetery, Delhi.

Mr. Wilson died suddenly Saturday, Jan. 1, at his home in Monticello from a cardiac failure. He was born Feb. 4, 1913 at Hopkinton, the son of David and Lyla Roff Wilson. He attended the Hopkinton schools, graduating in 1932.

On Nov. 24, 1938, he was married to Nora McElmeel. They lived in Sand Springs before going to Petersburg, where he was buttermaker for 16 years. They moved to Monticello in 1960. Mr. Wilson was a Cities Service bulk tank operator at the time of his death.

Survivors include his wife; two sisters, Mrs. George Iaggi, Monticello, and Mrs. John Scott, Van Buren, Ark.; two brothers, Leon of Monticello and Gordon of Etters, Pa.
