WYOMING - Almer Oscar Rexstad, 74, died Oct. 13 at the Klieneck Nursing home in Onslow after being a patient there four days. Funeral services were held at Zion Lutheran church in Wyoming, Oct. 15 with Rev. Robert Ahrens in charge. Interment was in the Wyoming cemetery.

Almer Oscar Rexstad, son of Anton and Mary Rexstad, was born at Lisbon, Minn. on Sept. 19, 1889. He grew up on a farm near Lisbon, Minn., where he attended grade school and later attended Luther Normal school at Madison, Minn. For some years he worked in a bank at Montivideo, Minn.

On Sept. 19, 1922, he was married to Geoline Quammen in Montivideo, Minn. They farmed for five years and then moved to Madison, Minn., where Mr. Rexstad was in the oil business for 27 years. The past nine years he had lived in Wyoming. Mrs. Rexstad died here Sept. 17, 1960. He was a member of Zion American Lutheran church, Wyoming.

Preceding him in death were his parents and his wife. Surviving are his son, Dr. Almer Rexstad, Wyoming; two grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Alice Lund, Clarkfield, Minn.
