WYOMING--Ross L. Stephensen, son of James and Clara Stephensen, was born in Wyoming in May, 1885. He died Aug. 11, 1944, in his 59th year. He received his education in the Wyoming public schools and from here went to Minneapolis, where he studied electricity and where he spent 15 years working as an electrician.

Stricken with illness, he returned to his home in Wyoming in 1927, and since that time has been under the vigilant care of his mother.

He was taken from his home Thursday, Aug. 3, and placed in the care of the State hospital at Independence.

Surviving besides his mother is his brother, Howard, Portland, Ore., and other relatives.

Funeral service was held from the family home, Sunday afternoon, with the Rev. Robert Allen, pastor of the Presbyterian church, in charge.
