ONSLOW--Funeral service was held at the Harrington funeral home Sunday afternoon for Harvey Schmalfeldt. Rev. Frank Schroeder was in charge. Mrs. Howard Willison and Mrs. Wilson Briggs sang two duets. Burial was made in the Wyoming cemetery. Mr. Schmalfeldt was born on the farm two miles southeast of Onslow 41 years ago and had spent his entire life there. He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Schmalfeldt; three sisters, Mrs. Lavina Thompson, Wyoming; Mrs. Anna Gotzs, Olin; Mrs. Christina Womachka, Cedar Rapids; and four brothers, John, Delmar, Ed, George and Clifford at home.
