WYOMING--Funeral service was conducted at the Wyoming cemetery Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. Belle Muhs Simons, 89, who died at the C.C. Cook home in Davenport after a two weeks' illness. Mrs. Simons was a former resident of Wyoming, having been born here and having made her residence here after her marriage to William Muhs, who preceded her in death. She later was married to Ernest Simons.

Surviving are five nieces, Mrs. Joseph Nadler, Moline, Ill.; Mrs. S. G. Hands, Davenport; Grace Collins, Rock Island, Ill.; Mrs. May Morgan, Colorado Springs, Colo.; and Mrs. Laura Beardsley, Clarion; four nephews, Leon Collins, Clinton; Ed Smith, Burlington; and Forrest and Clifford Muhs, Chicago; and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Nena Muhs, San Francisco, Calif. Rev. W. P. Nicholas conducted the funeral service.
