David Robert Strickell, six day old son of Mr. and Mrs. James Strickell, jr., 700 S. Garnavillo, died Friday, Nov. 23, at an Iowa City hospital.

Graveside services were held Saturday afternoon, Nov. 24, at the Wayne cemetery. Goettsch Funeral home, Anamosa, had charge of arrangements.

He was born, prematurely, on Saturday, Nov. 17.

Survivors include his parents; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Strickell, sr., Anamosa; and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Portewig, Monticello; and several aunts and uncles.
