Mrs. Albert Doyle, 60, Anamosa, died Friday, July 17, at the Stoecker Custodial home, Anamosa, following a lingering illness.

Funeral services were held Monday, July 20, at 9:30 a.m., at St. Patrick's Catholic church, Anamosa. Rev. J. A. McMahon conducted the service. Burial was in Holy Cross cemetery, Anamosa. McNamara Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers included Victor Knight, James Connolly, William Fay, Harry Brown, Russell Brown and Billy Brown.

She was born Belle Welty, Sept. 13, 1903, daughter of John B. Welty and Edna Romig Welty, Dubuque. She was married Sept. 13, 1928, to Albert Doyle, Anamosa. She had lived her married life in the Anamosa vicinity.

Survivors include her husband, Albert; and one sister, Mrs. Hazel Lewis, Waverly.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
