Albert B. Lake, Anamosa, 91, died Wednesday, April 24, at Mercy hospital, Anamosa, following a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 26, at 2 p.m., at the Goettsch Funeral home. Rev. Robert Cleveland will be in charge of services. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery.

He was born Oct. 20,1871, son of Matthew and Margaret Allender Lake, Cambridge, Ohio. He was married Oct. 12, 1909, to Maude Zoller.

He had made his home in Anamosa since his marriage. He worked as a telegrapher for the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul railroad until his retirement in 1937.

There was no immediate survivors.

He was preceded in death by his wife April 1, 1959.
