ONSLOW--Frank Byerly, New Smyrna Beach, Fla., former resident of Onslow, died Saturday, April 6, at New Smyrna Beach.

He was born Aug. 7, 1885, son of John H. and Laura E. Silsbee Byerly, on a farm near Onslow. He was married Jan. 4, 1916, to Viola E. Lincoln at Maquoketa.

Couple made their home on the family farm where Mr. Byerly was born. They built a new home at New Smyrna Beach four years ago and made that their home. They raised one nephew, Lee Lincoln. He was a member of the I.O.O.F. lodge, Wyoming.

Survivors include his wife; a brother, Austin, Stone Lake, Wisc.; two nieces and two nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Ernest; and an infant sister.
