CENTER JUNCTION--Funeral service for Oscar Hansen, 60, who died at Mercy hospital, Anamosa, at midnight Saturday, was held in the Harrington Funeral home, Wyoming, at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Rev. Robert Allen officiated. Burial was made in the Wyoming cemetery.

Oscar Hansen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hansen, was born in Johnstontown, Pa., Feb. 15, 1883, and came to Jones county with his parents when about two years of age. He lived here ever since.

He and his brothers operated a threshing outfit and sawmill for many years in this community.

Surviving are four brothers: Oliver, Andrew and Lynn, Toronto, and Mike, with whom he lived on the home place two miles south of Center Junction. His parents preceded him in death.
